The music of George and Ira Gershwin, America's legendary songwriting brothers born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, led the way for many great Broadway musicals. With hits like "I Got Rhythm" and "Summertime", the vibrant and talented Broadway singer Teri Dale Hansen, and her extraordinary pianist will take you on a trip down nostalgia lane through the timeless songs of the Gershwin brothers. Amid the high energy, fun, and humor, everyone in the audience will be assured of a new appreciation and awareness of what it takes to compose fascinating words and music in the style of George and Ira Gershwin. Performances include a Q&A session with the artists.

Bio
From Opera to Broadway, Teri Dale Hansen has received International recognition for her crossover abilities as a singing actress. Miss. Hansen starred as "Rose" on the BRAVO channel as part of their Bravo On Broadway series in the film version of Street Scene, a film that has received international acclaim. Miss Hansen made her Broadway debut in The Boys From Syracuse and starred in London's West End as "Magnolia" in Hal Prince's Tony award winning production of Show Boat. She has concertized with Marvin Hamlisch nationwide, including the Boston Pops, and starred in the Broadway national tours of The Music Man, Camelot, Show Boat and The Sound Of Music. She performs nationally and internationally in concert, opera and Broadway productions.
